Provider within the Student Assistance Program (SAP), a school-based service providing short-term education, prevention and intervention services to students K-12 to build life, social and coping skills in order to provide students the support they need and an opportunity to learn life skills so they may achieve greater success in school and in life.

Provided supervision and structure to teenage youth in a group home environment, assisting in their basic daily needs and personal development.

University Police Department - provided Live Scan services to people in the community and assisted the department's marketing team in exploring new ideas and facilitating new projects while also assisting the department in other areas when needed including various clerical duties and front-desk reception.

Facilitated the Student Leadership Program for two summers through the Student Leadership and Development department facilitating workshops and activities for participants in the program.

Assisted the University Student Union Office Manager in daily operations such as budget balancing, payment requisitions, cash balancing, and overall office management.

Assisted in running the shoe department of the store, maintained organization and neatness of the department, assisted and provided customer service whenever needed, and kept track of inventory, often performing all duties alone each day while on shift.

Managed the Information Desk while on shift in the University Student Union, generating Student ID cards, answering phones and general questions, managing inventory and maintaining downstairs operations, secretary to the Assistant Director, and also providing customer service in small retail sales transactions for items such as balloons, stamps, bus tickets, student trip sign-ups, and printing services.

Facilitated programs and activities for the parks programs and the after school programs in the community, assisted in other community events run by the parks department, and acted as a lifeguard for the child pools in the parks during the summer.
