Over 30 years’ experience in the Construction Industry, I have a proven track record for delivery of Projects with Safety and Quality being two key aspects leading to successful delivery for all Stake Holders.I have over time found my skill sets proved invaluable to assist teams on difficult Projects, where I have become involved Full or Part time, to influence both teams and the Project Build toward a successful completion. In more recent times I have carried out this role on a Freelance basis.I am a self-motivated driven individual with a dedication for delivering against my role requirements and the wider responsibilities of the organisation. I have a strong belief in the team approach, and in the Construction Industry environment this always extends beyond the organisation for which I represent, to the wider supply chain.I am passionate about a collaborative approach to all aspects of the Build and utilise my Leadership skills to mentor and develop members of the team in order to maximise their abilities and excel in their roles and responsibilities.I have gained experience across a varied number of sectors including different forms of contract conditions. My experience on Projects such as Research & Development Facilities, Schools, Hospitals, and the Commercial & Residential sectors has generated many strong professional relationships across the Industry Nationwide, and are based on values such as honesty and integrity.
