Whilst I assist my clients with the usual array of tax return and financial statement preparation I also work with my clients to unlock the hidden profits in their businesses.Research has shown that the businesses leak 15% of their turnover through poor systems and processes. In reality I believe this is far higher. By implementing some simple systems business are able to turn their fortunes around. An improvement in profitability and freed up cash flow enables the owners to grow the company dramatically.Having been fortunate enough to be involved with a number of thriving businesses over the last two decades I can reveal that focusing on the foundations of your business can generate an immeasurable level of success. This is far more rewarding than crafting clever ideas that never get implemented and never materialise into wealth.Achievements: - helped a small 2 branch retail store grow from an annual turnover of $400,000 to $4m in 4 years. - helped an IT retail store go from start up to 100 stores nationally. - Delivered accounting, tax and business advisory services to a national franchise for over 80 of the franchisees in addition to acting as chief financial controller to the franchisor - Managed compliance and strategic business advice to a mining supplies group with an annual turnover of $30 million.
