Key achievement was growing business by 20% in first year and turning business around from a loss position to double digit EBIDTA within 12 months. Also created and currently manages a new business venture under the First Advantage brand specializing in Human Resources Consulting, Leadership Development and Assessments.

The delivery of professional services on a national basis, team leadership, and providing account management services to grow revenue across an allocated portfolio of key client accounts.

Lead the Professional Services and Account Management Teams which included 12 direct staff and a revenue budget of $6 million. A dual role which required professional delivery as well as growing and maintaining existing accounts, while also ensuring sales support in order to secure new business.
