Orchestrating the maintenance efforts of 66 F/A-18 Naval Aircraft. Performing audits on programs and work centers, ensuring they are in compliance with applicable standards. Conducting trend analysis in order to reveal any patterns that may result in technical discrepancies. Inspecting maintenance performed on aircraft and reviewing documentation ensuring they are accurate and complete.

Newport News Shipyard

Responsible for the management and leadership of 23 personnel and three work centers. Led a team in distributing 2,292 technical drawings and completing 182 maintenance checks with 100% accomplishment, directly supporting the USS Abraham Lincoln’s Refueling Complex Overhaul (RCOH) production efforts.

Newport News Shipyard

Responsible for the management and leadership of 33 personnel in the daily maintenance and upkeep of the shipboard weapons elevators and their associated electrical systems. Led a highly efficient team of 31 personnel in the safe operation of weapon elevators and drafted 220 work orders in support of elevator modifications.

Nas Norfolk, Va.

Provided specialized technical training for officers, enlisted, DOD and foreign national personnel in theory, maintenance and repair of weapon systems, Aviation Administration and Management, and Undersea Warfare.

Naval Station Norfolk, Va.

Led 85 security personnel, conducting patrols on 14 piers providing security to 71 Naval vessels. Supervised the day-to-day operations and training of armed pier and gate sentries while managing the daily traffic flow of 70,000 vehicles entering Naval Station Norfolk.

Nas Oceana, Virginia Beach, Va.

Supervised flight deck ordnance loading and arming evolutions on squadron aircraft onboard the carrier during an arduous combat deployment. Ensuring all safety procedures and policies were adhered to, resulting in the Command completing 93,000 flight hours, mishap-free, in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.

Naval Weapons Station, China Lake, Ca.

Conducted independent operational testing of strike weapons systems including strike aircraft, conventional warfare equipment and electronic warfare equipment. Developed tactics and procedures for weapons systems employment supporting the fleet. Tested and evaluated the operational capabilities of attack, fighter, and electronic warfare aircraft, weapons systems and equipment, and developed tactical procedures for their employment.
