CurrentStarted and grew eCommerce business with $3.8MM in annual sales. (Achieved $10MM in total revenue, with 99% of sales coming from Amazon between 2014 to 2019.) Converted basement business into a bi-coastal operation.• Recruited, hired, and trained 16 people and created incentives / commission plans to incentivize “buyers” (procurement representatives). Developed video and document trainings for remote employees, focusing on customer service and listing creation. • Created systems for purchasing, shipping, customer service, inventory repricing, sales generation, inventory management, warehouse operations, and cash flow management. • Monitored inventory and purchasing of 125K+ bought, processed, and shipped items from 2016 – 2019 alone.• Directly supervised 2 Warehouse Managers (in NH & WA) and 2 full-time Buyers. Buyers purchased more than $4MM worth of inventory. Had dotted line supervision over WA Manager’s team; they oversaw additional Buyers for military discounts / specialty channels.• Trained and managed a FT virtual assistant in Malawi who performed back-end work (Amazon), repricing (Buy Box tool), shipping info, customer service / return communications, reporting, etc. • Started college internship program and successfully developed interns / temps into managers.• Managed $20K+ in Amazon Pay Per Click (PPC) spend; decided online ad budgets and PPC rates.• Designed a Shopify website and ran $1500 worth of Facebook (FB) ads. Created copy, product usage guide, and campaign budget optimization (CBO) strategy for FB ads.
