I was the single point-of-contact at AT&T for all of my customers, both current and potential. My focus was to help businesses remedy their day-to-day problems (both common and industry-specific) by demonstrating the value of AT&T's Enterprise Business Solutions. Be it wireline, wireless, or line of business applications, my goal was to ensure excellent service.I consulted with businesses to determine their current technological and communications situations, identify where the pain points are in their day-to-day processes, and provide solutions based on these consultations.I worked with small to medium-sized companies in a large geographic area as their local resource for all AT&T Business Solutions. I was based out of the AT&T office at 605 W Garden Street in Pensacola, but my range extended from Destin, Florida to Fairhope, Evergreen, Mobile, and other locations in Alabama.

I worked with field partners in several different areas and segments in order to have a well-rounded training experience. Although my numbers had to be turned in before the bigger deals closed, I was proud of my success in the cold-calling aspect of the job, and I continue to generate appointments, despite not having a quota.
