Supported 80 end-users and 100 PCs across 18 luxury living apartment and 4 student housing communities as company’s sole technology support professional. Set up new build communities with hardware and property management software while supporting existing communities and corporate office. Meet regularly with senior leadership to update on IT status and communicate ideas for technological improvements.Maintain 2 networks, Internet connections and phone lines for each community. Service, upgrade, and support PCs. Provide helpdesk support, repair, and troubleshooting on audio/video systems, door access control systems, phone systems, life safety phone lines, wireless Internet access, copiers, printers, and scanners. Update website with latest information. Oversee administration of RealPage OneSite property management software, including user account support. Create new accounts at site level for new hires. Perform full company-wide PC upgrades every 3 to 4 years to minimize equipment failures and optimize PC performance and productivity.Facilitate construction of new communities by managing low voltage (phone/network) markups for all areas of clubhouse and confirming proper installation. Design and implement building access control systems. Design and quote audio/video equipment for theaters and other common areas. Set up phone lines, Internet connections, Websites/domains, PCs, networks, and wireless access. Consult construction personnel on technology issues. Create manuals and documentation on software use and problem diagnosis.
