I provide facilitation and coaching services for GCI and manage the coaching components of the Bastow Evolve program for new principals and Bastow Unlocking Potential, Principal Preparation program for aspirant leaders.

I provided individual and team coaching for two Bastow Institute of Educational Leadership programs: Coaching for the Principal Class and Coaching for Impact. I also facilitated a number of GCI coach training programs, both public and in-house programs.

I was an accredited school reviewer, responsible for conducting continuous improvement, diagnostic and extended diagnostic school reviews for the Victorian Department of Education and Early Childhood Development.

I was responsible for leading and managing a network of 28 primary, secondary and specialist schools. This involved the implementation of a network strategic plan aimed at improving the educational outcomes of students within the network through a collaborative approach. I was also responsible for performance management of principals within the network.

I was responsible for managing up to 53 schools in Eastern Metropolitan Region, including performance management of principals.
