About Greg Buck

I'm the Global Talent Brand Manager at Genesys. In other words, I am the person who bridges Talent Acquisition and Marketing. My job is to let people know what it is like to work at Genesys and why they should join our team. I love that I get to work with people from around the globe. We are investing in AI and other technology and it is really interesting. One of the nice perks of working at Genesys is our open time off so if I need a day off I can take it. I also get to work with a great team and have fun.Right now, I'm working with a cross-functional team to rebuild and expand our careers page and add video and other forms of media so people can have insight into what Genesys is all about.I work hard to think outside of the box and to come up with new ideas to drive our brand forward. I also strive to break down silos and connect people across departments and teams to let us work together and use our own skill sets to succeed.Genesys is a great place to work. Being a larger company hasn't stopped the leadership from caring about the employees. You are also surrounded by smart people every day who are passionate about their jobs.When I'm not working I am trying to enjoy being outside with my dog or down at the pool. I also spend a fair amount of time with friends and playing trivia. I love music and try to get to as many concerts as I can. I will always be an HR geek and reading books and finding new ways to learn.
