While I like to turn up my sleeves and dive into the work, it's even more satisfying to nurture great ideas from fellow team members, knowing when to push and when to step out of the way and fostering a truly collaborative environment. My experience has helped me build and bolster local, national and global brands. I've managed in-house and remote teams, across the country, as well as in South America and Europe.
