Upon graduating from the University of Wyoming and completing my three year internship with the Athletics department, I transitioned into a full time position within the department. An opportunity that allowed me to apply everything I had learned throughout my internship directly to my work. From creating new events to garner further engagement from our student body to revamping the in venue experience for multiple programs. No skill proved more valuable than being able to build strong relationships with coworkers and fans alike.Fast forward 5 years and that same skill is what drives my business now. Having a people first approach and always valuing the relationship above all else has allowed me to make incredible connections in my community and neighboring communities. Working with several employers to bring in dynamic and unique benefit solutions has opened the door for us to serve more individuals in all sorts of ways. From protection solutions to full financial planning, there isn't a need that we have not been able to assist in some way.Maintaining a people-first approach to this business continues to yield incredible relationships and produce meaningful partnerships with each and every one of my clients.
