Provided Legal and Compliance leadership for a rapidly growing retail solar-sales and installation company (operating in five states) with 2023 revenue in excess of $100 Million. Implemented various policies and procedures to reduce legal risk and increase efficiencies. Worked closely with other C-suite executives, managed external legal counsel, and led an internal legal team of one other lawyer and two paralegals.

Provided executive leadership for all Legal, Compliance & HR matters at Ascent Ventures and each its portfolio of companies, including: Encor Solar (a residential solar provider operating in 22 markets via a network of 200+ employees and contractors); Solo (a 300+ employee SaaS company providing proposal, documentation and CAD services for solar and roofing contractors); Ki Financial Services (a home-improvement fin-tech company); and Soldier Mountain (a small mountain resort near Fairfield, Idaho).
