Perform all administrative duties to include: records keeping, filing, data collection, policy review and update, and correspondences; Facilitate and coordinate Safety Leadership Teams, manage Material Safety Data Sheets, conduct daily safety and environmental compliance inspections and audits; conduct incident investigations to include near miss, spills, property damages, and personal injuries; Conduct safety orientations for new employees; Instruct Behavior Based Safety observer certification classes, and annual safety/security refresher classes as well as other OSHA related training. Provide administrative and logistic support with Worker’s Comp. Operate computer system with usage of Microsoft Office 2003 programs. Perform supervisory duties for 2 Safety Coordinators, 1 Health and Safety Specialist, 2 Safety Techs, and an Administrative Assistant.

Office/payroll supervisor for 9 chauffeurs. Responsible for all invoices, scheduling, and maintenance work requests. Responsible for payroll and auditing of business books. Supervisor of all security related requirements during daily operations.

Office manager/supervisor responsible for all files, counseling, and training of 275 students per year and 68 instructor personnel. Responsible for all computer enhancement training conducted, to include presentation, lesson plan preparation, and proper instruction techniques. Presented numerous briefs and demonstrations to students, dignitaries, and VIPs from around the world. Responsible for writing, modifying, and standardizing two programs of instruction and 139 individual lesson plans. Ability to use and understand the following computer programs: Unix, Windows, Lotus 1-2-3, D Base Plus, Word Perfect, DisplayWrite, Harvard Graphics, and Microsoft Office.
