I have been in the multi-family housing industry for 30+years, responsible for large multi-million dollar assets and portfolios. I am a strong leader, field trainer, and problem solver and pride myself as a customer service professional. In my current role I am responsible for the maintenance operations on approximately 80 properties, spanning the midwest from North Dakota through Florida. I am a writer and editor of our policy and procedure guide lines. I oversee, track, and train our HUD/REAC programs. I play a crucial part transitioning construction projects to management ready assets. I am a part of our Due Diligence team and assist with the acquisition transition process. I am an approver and auditor of capital and replacement projects. I am responsible for all maintenance related training and teach a large amount of it myself.
