Responsible for budget and P/L activities and negotiated contracts with several vendors to ensure costs were within market expectations. Managed team of 3 and promoted continuous cross-team initiatives to drive customer aquisition, retention, and satisfaction.

Managed fulfillment, circulation, production, auditing, reporting, newsstand, and distribution activities for several titles which included weekly, monthly, and quarterly magazines/publications as well as a daily and weekly newspaper. Many of the publications were foreign language specialties.Primary liaison between Publishing group and external vendors including fulfillment provider (both internal and external systems), printers, distributors, and audit bureaus.Successfully managed fulfillment conversions for multiple titles.
