Working for Fidelity’s Enterprise Cybersecurity, I am responsible primarily for access provisioning across various applications to assist internal end users working in the firm’s many national and global locations. Along with my work in our team’s primary queue, I also troubleshoot issues in ServiceNow, assist with the onboarding process for new hires (this work typically involves a strong familiarity with Active Directory), and also run scripts in PowerShell as part of a different facet of the onboarding process. Various projects arise in this work, also, and I am proud to be a part of a selfless team of capable professionals who consistently volunteer to assist with these projects to ensure that the team as a whole continues to thrive.

While working as a salesman at Alec's Shoes, I was privileged to work with many outstanding salespeople. They were key to helping me develop my skills.On the sales floor, I was tasked with selling countless shoe brands to a diverse and knowledgeable clientele. During each shift, I pushed myself to go above and beyond in meeting the needs of every customer. It was a very fast-paced job and there was a steep learning curve to be familiar with the various shoe brands and products the store offers. However, I was able to quickly absorb insights from my colleagues as soon as I started there, and it didn't take long for me to prove myself as a capable, highly productive member of the team.

As a cybersecurity intern at Red Sky Alliance, I was privileged to observe in real time the nature of security attacks on modern networks. Part of my role entailed compiling reports pertaining to various types of malware attacks, including research on different families of malware and their behavior. I drew upon my background as an English major, as well as my analytical skills, to produce excellent and detailed reports. I also became knowledgeable about Linux and running basic scripts in the Linux terminal. Under the supervision of Jon Sweeney, my mentor and boss, I ran scripts routinely to update and upgrade files. Jon's instruction was a huge asset in my continuing development as an I.T. professional.

Working as a Brand Ambassador, I acted as a representative of the ECCO brand with customers. Salesmanship was a big part of my job. But I also was tasked with educating customers about ECCO's merchandise, as well as ensuring that customers got the right product for their needs. I excelled at building relationships with repeat customers, and my ability to serve everyone who entered the store was evident from day one. It was my goal every shift to make the customer experience pleasant, easy, and memorable.

As a customer service professional, I thrived in my ability to navigate the social climate of a busy supermarket while taking pride in performing all tasks with skill and efficiency.
