Active Directory administration. Group Policy administration and implementation, DNS and DHCP administration. Led initiative for Group Policy cleanup and consolidation. Assisted with AD 2008 upgrade including AD, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.Led Enterprise PKI upgrade and implemented solution.Assisted with planning and implementation of Windows 7 policy configuration. Managed Group Policy auditing and cleanup and implemented Group Policy Preferences to speed up policy processes and login times. Developed ad-hoc reports and cleanup scripts using Powershell. Implemented corporate iPad solution using Airwatch Mobile Device Management. Assisted multiple teams in troubleshooting issues as needed.

Provide and manage 24/7 support for critical airline/ airport applications including Staffmanager, Cobra, Gatereader, Continental.com, eTA, WorldServer, WSI. Troubleshoot application/ server/ network issues impacting operations and resolve the issues quickly. Perform post-mortem analysis to determine root cause, manage permanent resolution measures, and implement permanent fix. Manage on-call analyst and outage bridges to stay on task to resolve issues in a timely manner. Provide timely updates to upper management on all critical outages as they are occurring as well as root cause analysis. Provide daily and weekly updates to upper management on issues and ongoing activities. Maintain professional relationships with vendors, developers, end users and business management. Manage and assist problem management including proactive and reactive measures. Develop monitors and scripts to proactively alert and resolve issues to prevent outages. Share technical knowledge and assist on resolving outages with other teams and developers. Use Opnet and other tools to assist other teams with issues in the production and development environments. Document application issues and troubleshooting measures to streamline outage resolution steps. Review software solutions to assist troubleshooting issues and provide feedback to management. Review hardware and software products to be implemented by Continental/United. Manage and implement migration of Enterprise MQ environment in 2 data centers. Responsible for application support, problem diagnosis and resolution for TechAccess technician dispatch system for Bellsouth. System administrator for Bellsouth Unix and Windows NT and XP systems. Developed Korn shell scripts to monitor application and system processes and alarms when problems occur. Developed CGI scripts to generate Web-based reports and monitoring tools. Designed and developed a system to monitor incoming feeds to the ESMPROD server. SQL and Korn Shell scripts were developed to monitor the incoming feeds and follow their processing. When errors occur, alarms are sent via pager. Documented ESM Processes and developed work patterns to record repeatable processes for future team members. Lead Configuration Manager for TechAccess and Integrated Dispatch System applications. Designed and implemented version control processes for locally developed code and scripts.
