Has working knowledge of all military specifications governing the preparation of all types of technical orders, military specifications/standards, and other guidance documents which govern the preparation of all types of Air Force technical orders.• Ensures the proper management of approximately 60,000 technical orders, comprising an estimated 6.5 million pages and over 17.1 million engineering data images• Directs and oversees other Project Leaders to manage a team of multi-disciplined personnel to accomplish activities of the task area.• Has a complete knowledge of technical order responsibilities to include knowledge of applicable processes, regulations and TO management systems such as JCALS, ETIMS, CTOR, TMIS, IETMS• Expertise in coordinating with manufacturers, engineers, equipment specialists, program managers, to provide support to document any changes or revisions to all TOs and other documents that may be impacted by a modification or safety issue.• Responsible for Task performance overview, Proposal writing, Invoice approval and submittal for contractor payment through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF)
