Chapter Lead
CurrentAs a Chapter Lead within the Credit Cards Crew, it's my responsibility to:- develop and coach chapter members, - identify and recruit talent, - performance manage the chapter including assisting my chapter members to acheive their squad and personal objectives (which may include aspiring towards promotions or becoming subject-matter experts in their niche spaces) and- determine remuneration.All these activities are undertaken in the spirit of assisting my chapter members to enjoy their roles and work while achieving the best results possible for their squads and our customers.Separately I also sit within the Customer Experience and Operations Squad, my responsibilities cover:- governing Credit Cards' relationships with the key third parties including payment schemes, research companies and consultants with my responsibilities spaning supplier risk management and driving best performance against SLAs, and- driving the Credit Cards strategic goals to support customers by reducing credit card fraud and improving customer experience throughout the customer journey.Credit Cards has ambitious goals to dramatically improve the customer experience over many touch-points and my squad's deliverables have been designed to directly move the Crew towards achieving the best experience for customers as efficiently and effectively as possible.
