Accountabilities include:- NPD of locally developed formulas and packaging; imported bulk and components; local promotional program; salon treatments covering: - consumer insight, ideation, concept dev, feasibility, consumer acceptance, implementation, technical training information - Trend and competitor tracking including pricing, ingredients, salon treatments, promotions- Forecasting and product performance analysis- Operations liaison with track record of on-time and on-budget- One direct report and 3-4 indirect reports
