I have been in the financial industry working for for 10+ years. My objective is to lead, teach, and develop individuals in an always changing financial environment. Identifying skill sets in each team member is critical in being an efficient mentor to help get them to the next level. I enjoy teaching, learning, and working along side individuals as we work towards the goal of exceptional customer service to our branches.
