Managed 300+ mission critical and or/high profile online events per year as a preferred vendor for Microsoft in addition to managing events for external Worktank customers.

Managed 200+ mission critical and or/high profile online events for Microsoft and external Office Live Meeting customers per year. Successfully balanced concurrent event production cycles from beginning to end, including management of ancillary services (registration, VoIP, audio, archives, e-mail blasts). in addition to customer needs assessment, training, live event management, bug documentation, billing and post event follow-up.
