Whole system lifecycle development from business analysis though to a delivered solution and the underlying business change required to support it. Subcontract management from selection of COTS equipment through to equipment build and installation with hands on experience of ITAR and Export Control. Experience of several business change initiatives through to completion. Combat System Integration and Sea Trials experience. Strong technical skills including PLM, systems engineering, web development, database design, data migration, UML and a wealth of programming languages and operating systems. Other skills and experience include MS Office proficiency, QA experience, Auditing, Risk Assessment, Configuration Management, Lean, Visual Management, Facilitation and Process Improvement.
