Arrested priority targets and investigated and seized their affiliated illicit financial networks and proceeds. - Established and maintained excellent working relationships with international, federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies, as well as emergency management agencies, homeland security organizations, and other individual or groups with mutual interests.

New York / New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force- Helped established a Congressionally mandated multi state regional fugitive task force responsible for assisting state and local agencies in the apprehension of violent fugitives after identifying a need for multijurisdictional collaboration- Team leader supervising the daily activities of a 15 person fugitive investigative unit which eventually expanded to 60 person unit.- Conducted both domestic and international investigations that directly led to the apprehension of over 1,000 violent felony fugitives to include three US Marshals Service Top 15 Most Wanted and other high profile media covered investigations. -Expert in interview and interrogation and the use of physical, financial, telephonic, and social media surveillance.
