Created and oversaw deployments of initiatives related to supply chain flow, including on-time, in-full (OTIF); inbound scheduling; automated inbound scheduling; integrated planning; and event tracking. Oversaw inbound optimization, private brand supply chain analysis, and analytical tool development to support business execution related to flow of goods. Aided in DC merchandise issues, inbound quality, pallet management, and cost analysis for freight factors. Forecasted for DC labor and transportation planning.
