Soft Skills:Outlook 2016 & 2019:Security settings: Configuring and maintaining blocklists of TLDs Top Level Domains that deliver mostly ransomware, viruses, and phishing links.Configuring and maintaining country blocking of countries that deliver mostly malicious content, and integrating or using a service provider that enables more speed, security, and features in Outlook.Outlook - Automated Assistant capabilities:Configuring and maintaining Automated Assistant policies, rules, and procedures to automate sorting and filing of emails into certain folders and keeping the inbox empty except for fresh incoming emails that rules have not run yet, or are not configured. I have configured 15 Outlook Automated Assistants, one handles 8 team members group email, and 3 people that get over 1500 emails a day. One service provider gets over 13,000 emails a day to their automated reports email address, and I configured and revised that over and over with continuous improvement to make an Inbox2 for misc. crap , and multiple alerts folders that are assigned to specific people with their emails they need to process and fix issues. For example: every PC backs up its desktop, downloads, documents etc. to an external disaster recovery folder and emails a report with a subject line and the Company name:Dept, and PC Name and the status of the backup job every day. This results in the outlook folder that I talked about earlier that gets over 13,000 emails a day. A subject line that includes 'backup job failed' gets forwarded to a team of 5 technicians that handle that sort of thing to get the clients PC backing up again. The 5 technicians only get email of work to do , nothing to sort through an inbox looking for work they would probably miss.
