• Serve as primary customer point-of-contact and act as an intermediary and educator in support of BNSF offerings.

• Greet customers, write up a detailed repair order, provide repair estimates and provide a time frame for completion for vehicle repairs.
• Follow up with technicians progress and update customers.
• Obtain and maintain high customer satisfaction survey scores.

• Meet sales objectives for wireless phones, accessories, high-speed internet, land lines & advanced TV products.
• Maintain strong knowledge of new wireless products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, & service features.
• Understand customers' data/entertainment & communication needs and helping them discover how the products meet those needs.

• Loan Origination o Small Business Loans/Lines o Home Equity Loans/Lines o Personal Loans/Lines
• Call on current and prospective business customers to evaluate their current banking solutions.
• Propose solutions that better fit the customer’s business and consumer banking needs.
• New accounts (business & consumer).
• Provide direct assistance to customers by answering questions, proposing solutions & resolving problems.

• Point person for all inquiries.
• Solve issues with defective products & claims of property/physical damage with the legal team.
• Interview, hire and manage a team of Customer Service Representatives.
• Construct reports of consumer trends for the marketing, sales and product development teams.
