Responsible for demo server and network setup at various clerks and judges conferences throughout the year. Assisted in the marketing, integration, installation and support of digital signature software into a Supreme Court document management system to reduce counter time and paper usage in the Virginia Circuit Courts.

Lead and completed two grant projects entailing the creation, installation, and support of a records management system geared towards the digital transmission of paperwork from the Virginia General District Courts to the State Police. Began the design and implementation of a third grant and second application for the Juevenile and Domestic Relations courts geared towards the digital transmission of paperwork from the JDR Courts to the local law enforcement of Virginia. Worked directly with General District, Juvenile and Domestic Relation, and Circuit court judges, and judicial staff, and clerks and have a working knowledge of how the court system works. Began research and development on digital signature utilization.

Harrisonburg, Va

Assisted in the Windows 7 project. The project entails upgrading all machines from XP to Windows 7.Duties include: reimaging users’ machines to Windows 7 and installing all of the pertinent software and updates remotely with help from Active Directory. Handling file and data transfers across the network. Received helpdesk tickets and troubleshot or worked alongside a colleague to resolve issues in the field.

Gained IT experience working in CIO with hardware. Duties included: delivering, receiving, and tracking all equipment within the command. Involved with setting up of workstations, troubleshooting and assisting with system backups as well as wired/wireless print setup. Assisted in the detailed logging of workstations in the database.
