I am working in the New Product Development group of EaglePicher Technologies as a Senior Engineer. Our group's goal is to take promising battery technologies developed in research and development and turn them into production ready products. My role is to improve design and manufacturability of these products through automation, fixturing, and process development.New skills learned: Autodesk Inventor 3D Modeling, Autodesk Vault Data Management, Primary and Secondary Battery Design, Laser Welding, Resistance Welding, Ultrasonic Welding, Automated Winding, Automated Filling

I have been working primarily as a CAD designer for the past twelve years. We manufacture, from the ground up, benchtop XYZ robotic systems for many different fields. My main responsibilities have been to design new products and improve upon existing ones. Working in a small company has allowed me to see the links between all facets of developing a complex application, and how to design intelligently and efficiently to create a successful end product.
