Current• Oversee the efforts of the Sales department. Responsible for managing new business and qualificationson externally threaded fasteners entire statement of work.• Managed the successful qualification of 43 Boeing part numbers. Obtained approval for Zinc-Nickelplating and successfully gained approval for re-qualification on processes been moved to otherfacilities.• Managed the successful qualification and customer integration of Airbus, Boeing, Boeing St. Louis,Bombardier as well as many other O.E.M.’s (Original Equipment Manufacturers) part families.• Managed the successful qualification of Self Retaining bolts (NASM27576) and other non-O.E.M. partfamilies.• Advised and assisted manufacturing in adapting to acquisition of new products taken on by facility,including but not limited to high strength steel and alloys.• Performed evaluations of marketing strategy based on manufacturing ability, impact and capacity.
