- Managed the successful qualification of 43 Boeing part numbers. Obtained approval for Zinc-Nickelplating and successfully gained approval for re-qualification on processes been moved to otherfacilities.
- Managed the successful qualification and customer integration of Airbus, Boeing, Boeing St. Louis,Bombardier as well as many other O.E.M.’s (Original Equipment Manufacturers) part families.
- Managed the successful qualification of Self Retaining bolts (NASM27576) and other non-O.E.M. partfamilies.
- Advised and assisted manufacturing in adapting to acquisition of new products taken on by facility,including but not limited to high strength steel and alloys.
- Performed evaluations of marketing strategy based on manufacturing ability, impact and capacity.
