Provided turn-key replacement of ALL management / employees (e.g., GOM operations, financial, accounting, engineering, geoscience, land, regulatory, marketing, etc.). The transition to the new team was done effectively and efficiently in 2 weeks, with a substantial reduction in G&A expense and exceptional ESH / Regulatory. A complete successful restructuring / transition was completed.

As the first and only employee of the Superior Energy Services (NYSE: SPN) subsidiary, responsible for building and establishing SPN Resources as a company known for profitably acquiring, producing, and exploiting oil & gas properties. Made 8 acquisitions with 30,000 Boepd, (11,000 Boepd net, 90% operated under SPN Resources, plus 19,000 Boepd net, mostly operated, under Superior). SPN Resources sold to and formed Dynamic Offshore, along with the acquisition under Superior.
