- Lead a three month project to remove unneeded transactions and roles from the internal SAP system to provide a more secure and a more responsive system.- Coordinated with the Cybersecurity team to respond to security issues as they arose.- Provided extensive monitoring and response to outages throughout the Kennametal network.- Ran monthly internal company phishing tests, arranged education, and tabulated results for internal use.- Assisted in the move of the Kennametal FTP server to a modern solution.- Created and presented multiple Information Security presentations for the Cybersecurity team.- Provided support and maintained the internal tape backup system for Kennametal.

Facilitate strong relations between the community, resolve interpersonal conflicts, ensure the safety and security of residents, and host community events aimed at improving the well being of others. Additionally received significant exposure to crisis management while in this position.

Facilitated the purchase of items at Lowe's in a timely and efficient manner. I also trained new hires during my last months in the position.

Created sandwiches to the customers order and worked as a cashier. I also closed the building down at night and was responsible for ensuring all steps to close were properly followed. (Lights/Cash Drawer/Locks etc.)

Worked as an attendant on various games throughout the amusement park. This involved handling of money and the distribution of prizes to park patrons.NOTE: This was a seasonal only position. I did not work this position between the dates of September 2006 and March 2007.
