Responsible for Juniper IPSEC VPNs (SA-6500s), allowing controlled access to 7500 concurrent at-home users into NMCI network. Monitor usage and request licensing modifications during natural disasters and other emergencies. Conducted evaluation of emerging and updated toolsets from multiple vendors (Juniper, Symantec). Desired end-state of detecting and preventing both static and dynamic threats. Monitor network traffic and work closely with various NOC silos and DISA to troubleshoot security and connectivity issues affecting tens of thousands of users.
