Works with staff agencies within various offices, other military service representatives, Officials of Chamber of Commerce, City, County and suburban Municipal Government on various military and community relations events and activities. Coordinates with the appropriate personnel within 1 month of the scheduled event and ensures weekly interaction until completion of the event. All protocol supported events will be performed within established policies and objectives to further support the AETC mission and vision. Attends/participates in meetings with event project officers and clearly identifies and establishes tasks of appropriate organizations to provide support for protocol requirements; support is normally coordinated no later than 2 weeks of the execution date of the event.coordinates with other Wing protocol offices, MAJCOM protocol offices and the protocol offices of Headquarters Air Force, Department of Defense, and Department of State, foreign embassies and state and local organizations.
