CurrentThe Lead Talent Consultant for Cybersecurity and Technology Transactions & Strategy practices. Total headcount of 1700+ in multiple U.S. locations within the Technology Consulting sub-service line. Both practices are high growth, dynamic and extremely fast paced.Leads a team of four junior Talent Consultants and one Talent Coordinator.Extensive experience conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations in collaboration with in-house counsel to provide next steps (e.g., corrective action, training) while working with appropriate leaders. The investigations are related to claims of discrimination, harassment or other policy violations and teaming issues including those in which senior members of leadership may be implicated. Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance in partnership with in-house counsel.Analyzes trends and metrics to provide solutions and recommendations to remediate risk such as implementing training programs and/or policies. Responsible for managing and leading employee relations initiatives and relationships at various levels within the organization, ultimately increasing employee engagement and retention. Consults with leaders on the best ways to promote positive employee engagement including consulting to interpret team engagement scores to implement engagement action plans. Supports RIFs and terminations consulting with the business, analyzing data, preparing exit packages and communicating with the affected employee(s). Manages a portfolio of projects to enable the business to implement key talent initiatives including performance management, promotions, recognition, talent development. DEI, compensation planning and coaching. Leverages detailed reporting on headcount, compensation, diversity, and other people related metrics when making recommendations that influence key talent and workforce planning matters.
