CurrentHuman Factors Engineer Specialist for cockpit design and certification. I am responsible for integrating human factors principles into the cockpit arrangement of controls, displays, tasks, and procedures so that crew/pilot workload and the ability to manage (prevent, identify, recover) human errors is use user-friendly. Additionally, I am responsible for demonstration of compliance for all FAA and EASA human factors related Part 23 and Part 25 requirements. I'm particularly interested in understanding the limits and developing systems to support Single-Pilot-Operations and Reduced Crew Operations.Flight Operations Subject Matter Expert for Cessa's response to FAA redesign of the national airspace system (SE-2020, Next Gen)Air Transport Pilot, factory trained international demonstration pilot; catalyst for multi-million dollar transactions; responsible for safe conduct of air operations during aircraft product demonstrations; traveled extensively worldwide representing Cessna Aircraft Company and demonstrating aircraft product line to international customers.
