Box Office Assistant & Ticket Seller. Responsible for selling tickets for productions providing a good customer service environment with patrons purchasing tickets in person. Other duties include checking, tracking and responding to internal e-mails via Outlook, balancing cash drawers, run daily reports, preparing bank deposits, processing House Seats and discount ticketing requests. Also filing of paperwork as well as racking daily tickets to be picked up for performances is required. Communication with various offices via phone for orders, accounting information and ticketing requests/problems from official ticket seller, Telecharge is also handled by the Box Office. The Box Office also maintains a relationship with the Company Managers of the productions to help them decide on and solve seating and ticketing issues.

Responsible for the intake, address verification and documentation of yearly Window Guard inspection paperwork from Property Managers in NYC and surrounding boroughs. Use of an in-house system for verification.Also responsible for filing paperwork after verified.
