Being left brain dominant, I am extremely logical, detail oriented and quick to grasp technical concepts. My aircraft background has taught me to "do it right the first time". I am able to solve problems and find solutions to difficulties.Having worked in many different industries, I understand most manufacturing and construction processes and constraints, which enables me to interact effectively with technical staff and sub-contractors.I understand the importance of the control of contract finances and meeting the business need for quality and time line constraints. I have been involved in several business process studies and am able to make useful observations and recommendations regarding possible improvements.My right brain ability lies in both written and verbal communication. I am able to communicate at all levels within an organization and utilize this skill to build strong project teams and to motivate, by rewarding positive action and attitude. I am a team player and enjoy mentoring and training wherever I recognize a latent ability or an interest in learning. I read extensively and enjoy learning new skills and gathering as much information as possible.
