I was appointed Group Executive of Networks at Tandem in April 2019. Tandem is a leading manager and provider of last mile and in home services, driving cost efficiency and improving the customer experience. Tandem delivers field services to leading Australian Telecommunications, Insurance, Retail and Home entertainment clients, providing transparency and improving the end user experience. I bring significant experience to Tandem after working with Accenture and nbn, managing commercial relationships with delivery partners and clients.

I was part of the Network Planning Deployment executive team and managed the strategic relationship with Telstra. I also delivered improved relationships with our key delivery partners to de risk the build program.I was the lead in the infrastructure negotiations with Telstra in 2011 and 2014 ($5 Bil NPV) and then implemented these agreements into the business.I have lead various strategies including the decision to operate only one HFC network. I co lead transformation projects using an agile methodology to reduce the cycle times in FTTC by half.I have a proven track record for leadership and delivering superior results whilst prepared to challenge the status quo.

Complete P&L accountability for the running of the Data Center Business at Macquarie. The Hosting business manages complex Managed Hosting services and is now No 1 in the Australian market place and as a result of the startegy review and execution the business is now a cornerstone of profitability for Macquarie Telecom.

In conjunction with the board we developed the strategy at Macquarie Telecom in a time of moving from being a Voice supplier to one which provided, Data, Mobiles and Hosting Services to it's Corporate Customers.The Carrier role was to manage the supply relations with Telstra, optus Powertel ,these costs where in excess of $150 Million.

Techpacific (now IngramMicro) was the largest IT distributor of Technology products in Australia to over 2500 customers in Retail, OEM, and corporate. Techpacific become the clear leader in distribution in Australia and as such revenues and profits continued to grow at a fast past.
