In just over a year, I was promoted twice: to Coach, and then to Team Lead. As a Team Lead, I focused on growing an amazing team of equally passionate CX Specialists professionally and personally.This experience has taught me the importance of building strong relationships with customers and co-workers alike. I take pride in my ability to understand and take in any perspective presented to me, which allows me to provide creative solutions and complete service to any guest or customer.
