In my Training experience I received nothing but high marks for my training abilities and content retention of my students. i specialize in the adult learner and hands on training style. I usually create my own curriculum unless one is already provided. I was responsible for co-writing a 500 plus training guide for a previous Major Insurance Company based out of Hartford, CT.In my Database Management experience, I ask many questions to produce the appropriate reports to achieve maximum results. The first report is usually the foundation of many.My personal interaction is to first observe then participate and become an active member of the brainstorming or current discussion.
