In recent years this has included the planning and management of the employee benefits transition for current and past employees impacted by a number of divestment activities in BHP's Petroleum business, culminating with the divestment and merger with Woodside, across a number of countries/locations.

Manages the establishment, implementation and ongoing HR oversight of the Group's captive financing strategy for employee risk insurance benefits.Advises and supports business stakeholders on the employee benefits aspects of corporate transactions (acquisitions and divestments) and restructures.Included the planning, design and coordination of the employee benefits separation approach for the demerger of South32 from BHP Billiton, covering over 20,000 employees in 8 countries. Played a key role in executing the complete transition of the benefit programs for these employees to South32.
