As a researcher and practitioner, my main focus lies in the application of organizational research to industry settings. Within organizations I have led projects addressing issues such as large scale job analysis, specific assessment validations, the development of selection systems, and executive leadership development and coaching. My industry experience paired with my training in data analytics and academic background make me confident in my ability to apply the tools and skills needed to be successful in providing a wide range of organizational services from detailed job analyses, training and selection development, and content validation. Academically, my research interests focus on understanding how affective and motivational changes associated with the aging process influence organization behaviors and outcomes such as leadership, job performance, and work-family conflict. As an individual I rely on a strong sense of leadership and teamwork to achieve success. Whether engaging students in the learning process or working with professionals to develop solutions for organizations, I am a firm believer that the key to success lies in developing strong and complimentary relationships with all parties involved.
