My primary job duties can be summed up as providing fast and effective customer service to callers in need of emergency services and the first responders who will address those needs. Outside of that primary objective, I'm extremely involved in the hiring and training efforts of our center. I participate in panel interviews and have worked to redesign our interview process and questioning. I'm one of our most senior trainers and actively work to produce new training materials lesson plans to help set our new hires up for success at our center. I also work with management to come up with creative solutions or programs to help attract talented individuals to apply to our center and increase job satisfaction of those already working with us.
