Serves as the U.S. Army Adjutant General School Human Resources (HR) Education and Leader Development Integration. Primarily responsible to assists the Commandant in the analysis, design, development and integration, Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Leadership and Education, Personnel, Facilities, and Policy (DOTMLPF-p) data collection support requirements for the Adjutant General’s Corps. Collect requests for information from appropriate PMs as well as all relevant organizations and agencies in order to observe, identify, and collect lessons learned feedback that supports education and leader development requirements and provide feedback to all appropriate training development agencies. Develop informational or decision briefs pertaining to training and leader development for the Adjutant General School (AGS) Commandant, Director TPO-HR Director, AGS Director of Training (DOT), Commandant SSI Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) Academy, and other TRADOC Centers of Excellence that have the responsibility for HR related education or leader development. Provide subject matter expertise and support to the development and update of DOTMLPF-P assessment surveys. Analyze the results to identify trends and determine change requirements to education and leader development programs of instruction that support HR-related platforms, Soldier skillsets, and Mission Essential Task List (METL) proficiency.

Serves as the Secretary of the General Staff (SGS) for USARCENT; directly supports the Command Group of a split-based Army Support Component Command responsible for 22 nations in the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility. Integrates the SGS staff efforts of the main and forward command posts. Supervises, directs, trains, and synchronizes a staff of one deputy officers, five non-commissioned officers, and one civilian. Oversees the Executive Services Branch consisting of two officers, three non-commissioned officers and one civilian. Facilitates synchronization efforts for command Battle Rhythm events for USARCENT primary and special staff, DA Civilians, and contractors. Responsible for the administrative support to the Command Group. Ensures complete, efficient and timely processing of all staff actions. Provides operational oversight for the Automated Tasking System for all USCENTCOM and Department of the Army taskers along with internal USARCENT directed taskers.

Serves as the Chief, G-1 Manpower Division (MPD) for United States Army Central (USARCENT), an Army Service Component Command(ASCC), supporting over 13,000 officers, warrant officers, enlisted Soldiers, Civilians, and contractors for all personnel matters throughout the US Central Command (USCENTCOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR). Provides information and guidance on the formulation and implementation of manpower policies and procedures. Responsible for officer and enlisted strength management, release of promotion and selection lists, Unit Status Reporting, collecting and analyzing personnel status data, accounting/strength reporting for over 2,300 Service Members, DoD civilians and Contractors in the headquarters and forward deployed commands in Kuwait, Afghanistan, Jordan and Qatar. Provides the Commanding General and Assistant Chief of Staff, G1 on-hand personnel strengths against the documented authorizations, a detailed strength analysis to determine current and projected combat capabilities, and an analysis of the non-available population.

Serves as the Chief of the Doctrine Division within the Capabilities, Development and Integration Directorate (CDID) of the U.S. Army soldier Support Institute (SSI), responsible for the timely research, development, revision, collaboration, and publication of nine Financial Management (FM) and Human Resource (HR) proponent Field Manuals and Army Techniques Publications. Manages and coordinates the publishing of proponent doctrine and conducts Reviews for Comment on non-proponent allied, joint, service, and Army doctrine on behalf of the Financial Management School (FMS), Adjutant General School (AGS) and Soldier Support Institute (SSI) to the Combined Arms Support Command (CASCOM), Army Training Support Center (ATSC), Combined Arms Doctrine Directorate (CADD), and the Army Publishing Directorate (APD). Responsible for the health and welfare of 2 Field Grade Officers and 2 Army Civilians.

Principle advisor to the Chief of the AG Corps and responsible agent for CMF/AOC 42 with respect to Force Modernization (AR 5-22) and Personnel Development (AR 600-3); advocates, coordinates, and plans for the doctrine, organization, materiel, leadership and education, and personnel domains of the AG Branch in the Army's capabilities development and force modernization mechanisms. Responsible for thestructure, acquisition, development, and transition functions of the Army Personnel Development System's lifecycle management functions as they impact the AG Corps. Conducts analysis of future planning, policies and structure for the AG Corps and SRC-12. Coordinates with and advises the Capabilities and Integration Directorate, the Training Development Directorate, TRADOC, and all other external agencies onpotential impacts to the Army's HR community. Build the team and mentor AG School cadre and students as appropriate.

Instructor for Active Duty, Reserve, National Guard, and International Officers attending the 20-week Adjutant General Captain's Career Course (AGCCC). Directly responsible for the training and mentorship of the AGCCC class. Coaches, teaches, and mentors students on leadership, problem solving, oral and written communications, safety, Army Common Core, and Adjutant General Core Competencies. Coordinates and executes the course management plan for over 800 hours of instruction. Ensures students are tactically, technically, and physically prepared for leadership positions throughout their military service. Ensures all training is relevant and current with the 2015 Army Learning Model.

Group S-1 for a MISO Group consisting of 1080 Soldiers, three subordinate MISO Battalions with detachments in 30 countries in the AOR. Assists in all personnel matters to include duty assignments, promotions, retention, awards, unit status reports, evaluations, Family readiness and separations. Responsible for operations within the Personnel Section with regards to personnel service support, officer and enlisted management systems, personnel processing, suspense actions, distribution, weight control, and morale support. Assists with the monthly roll up report regarding Group personnel status. Assists with supervision of 1 commissioned officer, 2 noncommissioned officers, and 4 enlisted Soldiers, providing all aspects of leadership and direction. Responsible for the Voting Assistance Officer program for the 8th MISG (A) and subordinate units.
