• Collaborate with Senior Management to develop and execute business development plans, expanding consulting and development services to existing clients and new relationships.• Grow and maintain the company’s existing operational strengths while continually growing a highly successful service operation.• Provide high level business opportunities for the company’s products and services.• Participate with senior leadership to develop strategic initiatives at the corporate level.• Work with clients to indentify key business drivers and lead design and product teams to deliver client solutions.• Collaborate effectively with Senior Management and others throughout the company at all levels to create and sustain company effectiveness at all client touch points..• Review all solicitations, and recommend bid or no bid to the Director of Operations• Develop Teaming Agreements.• Attend pre-proposal conferences and site visits.
