Prior my time in the RDC sector I spent 30 years in industry at a red meat processing facility working in maintenance and engineering roles across all aspects of beef, pork and hide processing.I endeavour to promote a prosperous red meat processing industry in Australia by encouraging developments from incremental progress to transformational innovation whilst recognising the importance of strong relationships with all stakeholders for a sustainable industry.I came across this quote a long time ago and it really changed my approach to my career: My goal is no longer to be successful; it was earlier in my career but now my goal is to be valuable. I believe once you’re valuable instead of chasing success it will attract itself to you.
