As Business Development Manager my role involves improving the companies market position and achieve financial growth. Specializing in the Strata industry I have very strategic goals, which builds key customer relationships. This can be existing strata complexes or developers. I am increasingly being engaged at the early stage of a new developments, even before the previous building has been pulled down. This allows the developer to access my knowledge and to ensure that their development project be align with all the new strata requirement. Working closely with the developers Solicitors I provide valuable insight to the logistical concerns of by-laws that a Strata Manager has to enforce years after they have been written. Often I have made suggestions to add additional by-laws or to alter them. I prepare the new budgets to include all the additional requirements of the 2015 Strata Act and the 2016 Regulations. Doing all this in the projects infancy allows for a speed project completion. Thereby coming to market quicker.By providing consultancy services with developers on every step from site acquisition, Planning & Design ,Civil solutions, contractor selection all the way to Sales. Both the Developer and Owners Corporation benefit.

Greg has been with this company since 2011 and has 40 years experience in the Banking, Finance, Management and Legal industries. He has worked with Domestic and International Banks which has allowed Greg to travel the world. He has created new financial products in conjunction with private banks and has experience with domestic and international legal cases. Greg retired in 2004 – finding retirement not to his liking, he went in search for new challenges which led him to become a Strata Manager. Greg’s strengths lie in his ability to understand the complex legal aspect of the Strata Schemes Management Act, he is able to communicate with Strata Lawyers and Building Consultants/Engineers while controlling the overall finances of the strata plan.
