Analyzes and evaluates extensive exposure, hazard, loss information and business operations and organization, prepares loss control reports for the most complex, multi-location business clients, and presents recommendations to correct physical exposures and hazards, control losses and/or to develop or strengthen management/ administrative controls. Assists with recommendation and program implementation, conducts observations and evaluates the effectiveness of controls for existing accounts. Provide solutions to reduce client loss exposure. Conducts training programs for supervisory/managerial employees of business clients and large groups/business associations regarding loss prevention, exposures and hazards as well as management or administrative controls and methods to reduce occupational exposures. Maintains strong relationships with independent agents to discuss new and existing clients, specific account loss control reports, analysis, and loss reduction recommendations and to respond to any agent concerns, questions, or issues.Maintains strong relationships with accounts to discuss, specific loss sources, exposures, management reports, analysis, and loss reduction recommendations and to respond to any account concerns, questions, or issues. Establishes and directs outlined service offerings that assist customers in controlling loss exposures and losses.
